ONCE PURCHASED, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR MEAL PLAN VIA EMAIL BETWEN 24-48 HOURS. RECEIVING IT FROM A NOURISHCRAFT EMAIL.

There will be only ONE meal plan for every 4 WEEKS of your plan. Meaning you’ll be eating the same thing everyday for the whole 4 weeks of that plan. Then once your next 4 weeks begins, you’ll be on a different meal plan. We believe it’s important to stick to the same foods when serious about your goals to build structure and discipline. It also helps to keep track of your day to day weight factoring in many things like sodium and water intake.
